Yesterday was just another round of ACE interview that we conducted and it was really fun because of the participants. All of them were quite enthusiastic and have asked many interesting questions. I believed all the people have truly enjoyed yesterday session and have benefited alot from it.

We, as MRO, leaders were very glad to hear that because it was meant to be a different experience for our candidates and most importantly our candidates can get to really know more about our agency. We are different from other agency because we focus on personal development and relationship between colleagues. There is time for work and there is also time for play. We got to find a balance and this is what our agency’s strength lies.
