Final Sprint!
It’s 25th of Oct 2009 and normally the last quarter is a very interesting to all of us. Some of us have already completed the goals that they set for themselves while there are many of us who are still far away from our goals. Be it in sales or personal life goals, this is a time where i feel that our human spirit will be put to a test.
From one of the Dr William Tan’s sharing, i understood from him that fear are inproportional to our challenges. How you react to challenges determine success or failure! Personally i felt alot for this statement because i can really relate to it easily. Throughout my 4 years in this industry, i have been put to many tests of my own limiting beliefs. Every single year when i felt that my goals are very far, my boss will always encourage me by saying this ‘ I know you can do it. Never give up on your dream. If this is what you want, go for it! Miracles happen only when you believe in it’ After hearing this, i have always managed to have a breakthrough in my life.
Well this year it is also going to be tough for all of us due to the recession but however with this statement in mind, i will still hold on to my goals and perseveres till the last minutes. Therefore i like to tell everyone out there that although the road ahead is tough but we will all pull through together and make the best out of it!
How sweet is your success is determined by how tough you have went through!
Lastly i like to share something i have learnt:
Give your very best every single day
Find your purpose and inspiration
Have a great sense of urgency
Be a fighter, not a quitter
Make it your best quarter!
