It had been quite a hectic week for me because of the interviews and career fairs plus my studies!!! This year although i have lesser modules to take but however my life seems to be more challenging. I literally stretch myself to the maximum each day by starting my day at 10am and ending of at 10pm and continue to read my notes for max. 1hr after i reach home. However God is good to me by putting nice people around me encouraging me and good things happening to me =)

Just now i forced myself to go for my usual run because it had been almost 2 weeks that i stopped running. It really feels so good after the run as im feeling healthy again! Haha…most importantly is that i found out a new way to enjoy Oatmeal from my mum.

She taught me to add honey into my oatmeal so that it can taste sweet and easy to eat. Wah it really makes a big difference! Last time i hated oat because of the taste but after i tried it just now, i loved it! Going to eat it this in the morning every day from tomorrow. This way it also can helps in my training of a lean body.

So for those who likes to try the oatmeal, do the following: Put 5 spoons of the oat into a small bowl and pour hot water into it. Add one spoon of honey into it and stir evenly. After that you can start to enjoy a healthy breakfast without much effort! See, its quite easy right? Such meal is meant for people like me who has no much time to have breakfast in the morning but yet still want to keep healthy.
