This morning my agency is having our very first kickboxing session at our office building! This was my first time experiencing kickboxing and i tell you that it is DAMN GOOD WORKOUT! Hahaha…

Although it was just one hour but the amount of sweat and energy used  was quite abit. It is really fun especially you like fast music and like to train up your body =)

Kickboxing is very interesting because it keeps your mind simulated and it makes you feel stronger than ever. This was a great class and i Highly recommended for people who like to lose weight in a fun and fast way!
