My new office room @ Scotts

Yesterday was a long day for me because i spent a whole lot of time packing up all my stuffs. After 3 years in this industry, i realised the amount of things to pack can be quite alot =) I specially went to buy a fortune cat just now at taka to decorate my room and at the same time for CNY purposes. I’m also thinking of putting up some motivational posters to keep myself motivated at all times. For the time being, you can only see Anthony Robbin poster =)

I am really quite excited about this new environment because it will symbolise a brand new start for me as i began my recruitment path this year. Although 2009 is a bad year for most people but i believe that in every crisis, there bound to have opportunity and i’m making this year to be one of it.

So long it’s properly planned and with the right strategy, things will go your way. But most importantly things is to lay the foundation right. Must have the right principles to do thing right at the first place. This is very crucial & important in all jobs.

So far, i have a few people who wants to join me in this career and i’m really looking forward to groom them and fight with them. Most of them are my friends and they chose this job because they see my passion in being an entrepreneur and helping people in their planning. I’m glad that i am able to movtivate them this way as i believe strongly that one should leave their comfort zone to experience life and touch people’s heart. Having a good exposure @ work is worth more than having few thousands dollars in your pocket. A good opportunity does not come by easily but money does come very easy by just working hard. Hence being able to work with them really pushes me to work harder and make sure they are successful.

One of my 2009 resolution is to have 8 consultants and i’m quite sure that with the faith and right strategy with actions, i am able to achieve this record. Mark my words!
