Random Chat – Empty Shell

Today was another fufilling day for me as i get to speak to four people to participate in their financial journey =) Seriously i find so much satisfaction in sharing with people the importance of planning in life.

Just before i ended my day, i was having supper with my friend and we were on the topic of being successful in life. We were talking about people that we know that are successful and how other famous people who was successful would one day ended up screwing up everything. So we kinda concluded that some of them are actually building up on empty shell.

Initially these people build their success based on their hardwork and they continued to work hard to maintain their achievement till one day they thought that they can remain at where they are without working hard, their empire collapsed. So how come people can collapsed their empire?

It could be due to many reasons but one of the common reasons is that they leverage too much on branding that they forget to add in substance along the way. It is just like many people would buy mitsubishi electric aircon because of the advertisments shown but few knew that their aircon came from Thailand (quoted by Gaincity salesman). The business owner thought that by keep advertising themselves as top will really keep them going for long term is totally wrong. It’s the exactly reason why some of them failed. They did not focus on the quality of the products or services they rendered. They only build on the name and thought they can fool everyone. They think they are the best last time, they can always be the best. The answer is NO! I wondered do they realised that the old strategy that they used to do may work few years back but in our today’s society, CHANGE is the key work. If they still think what they do last time can work for now, they are just digging a hole to dive in for failure.

But my dear friends, you can fool the whole world but you can’t fool God and yourself. The world is round and what goes around will come back to you.

Stay true to the world and the world will be truthful to you.
