As a Singapore public civil servant, you will be paid at market rate which is comparable with that of the private sector for an employee with similar abilities and responsibilities. - Performance Bonus (PB)
- Non-Pensionable Annual Allowance (NPAA)

From the salary above, apparently if you are lowly educated and would like to earn more money, i guess there are only sales job out there for you to make a living. Other than that, setting up own business will be the next best alternative =) However this option comes with opportunity cost and considered quite high risk. To do your own business, you need to be hardworking, passionate about the business, patient,  risk taker, plan ahead and systematic person. Most importantly, you need capital! If however you are lacking in any of these areas, you can find a business partner who is able to complement you. This way is what people called: Leverage.

If there is anyone who have a good business plan and are looking for partners, do drop me an email and i will help you to promote over there. Can increase your chance of finding the right partners =)
